We created Ryken because menopause was never meant to be treated like an illness. My mother went through it quietly. My grandmother before her, hidden behind outdated expectations. Our generation is rewriting that story.
We’re the women who built careers, raised families, and forged our own paths. We don’t shrink from change. We evolve through it. So we’re done whispering about symptoms. We’re done apologizing for how our bodies work. And we’re certainly not fading into the background.
